Our School

St Michael’s School is a single stream co-educational parish school with an enrolment of approximately 240 students from Kindy to Yr 6. The school was established in 1914 by the sisters of Mercy. St Michael’s is a multicultural community, consisting of children from many ethnic backgrounds. An integral part of the school is the St Joseph’s Centre, which provides for the specific needs of a variety of students.

Teachers will be providing parents with the opportunity to participate in interviews during Weeks 8 – 11. This is an opportunity to learn about the progress your child has made throughout the term. Please look out for the rosters placed outside individual classrooms and book a time to discuss any concerns you may have about your child’s learning with the class teacher.
